Hello! I'm DelRae the sole maker behind Loil Life, wife and mama of two beautiful littles. My journey began in the essential oil world, which lead me to herbalism and the 80 (and counting) products that make up our collections of home, skincare and littles. Each product begins with organic ingredients to which I infuse herbs and essential oils, to bring you clean solutions.

Let us know more about your business name - how did you come up with it?

The name Loil (Loyal) Life came to be in August 2016 when my husband and I were brainstorming ideas on our office white board. I envisioned my company as a large scale household brand providing natural life style options that were essential oil based.

What is your signature style / item? How did it become so?

My signature aesthetic is dark wood, greenery and a simple product. Our signature item would be the face toner; perfect for all skin types and textures. It quickly became a customer favorite because it's gentle on the skin, moisturizing and cleansing.

What makes your business unique to the industry?

What makes me unique is that every ounce of this business is handmade. From the ingredient infusion to the creation and labeling of our product - I do it all.

What's been your biggest roadblock when it comes to business and how have you been able to overcome?

The largest hurdle for me has been time (and more hands). With the business growing year on year, keeping up with mom life and sole maker has been a challenge. I have added a few amazing ladies to our team to manage our brick and mortar shop, and some of the administrative work load.

How has your business had to adapt amidst the Covid-19 Pandemic? What are you doing to navigate the situation?

COVID really challenged my ability to pivot as a small business owner. We have found success in private shopping times, live sales via social media and being a part of other marketing efforts with neighboring businesses.

What is your favorite part of what you do?

My favorite part is seeing my passion help someone else. I love the connections I've been able to build with my customers, and now friends.

What is your *must do* local activity?

In the West Valley the best place to grab coffee or tea is Enroute in Goodyear. Plus, you can satisfy your sweet tooth and grab a Boyer Bakery Treat, or Nora's Macarons!
