I love using my beautiful, polished style on funny, playful text (especially the occasional well-placed f-bomb!). This juxtaposition is fresh and unexpected, and positions me to fill a particular niche in the lettering community.
To be able to create something with my hands that puts a smile on a face is what I live for. ESPECIALLY during this time. If I can make someone experience some happiness in our current climate, I feel like I've done at least a little of something right!
I think I just have a very different, or unique, way of looking at color and how that applies to forms; being animal or human. When people come to me for art, it is because they recognize and appreciate that I will make a piece that looks like it distinctly was created by me.
