We believe we are the first to deliver the first functional mushroom shot with probiotics that offers healthy benefits. Also very important is that our shots taste DELICIOUS (which is not common with mushroom based foods).
We currently sell two blends of Fast Mary's Bloody Mary Enhancer - Mild Bangin' Blend and Hot & Bothered Blend. Both blends offer a well-balanced mix of spices for our bloody mary consumers.
Far and away the best part is seeing that crop come up from the ground. First the little green tips in mid April, then the garlic scapes come out in June. The big harvest, which we just finished, was two days of back-breaking working in 100+ degree heat index, but I don't think I could have felt happier seeing those big, gorgeous bulbs emerge.

We wanted a name that would make our customers recall a trip or maybe inspire for them to travel to another country to try some delicious offerings available. So even if they can not go there we can bring some of the amazing food items to them!
We create and bake our goods in small batches. Three generations of family recipes make up our offerings. We use premium, local + organic ingredients. We create delicious + beautiful gift boxes of all sizes for all occasions: birthdays, congratulations, thinking of you, thank you, corporate + business, etc.
I love mailing them and knowing they are on their way to put a smile on someone's face and nourishment in their tummies. It is the most rewarding feeling.
While I make cookies for all different types of events, the cookies I make for kids are my favorite. Kids always have such fun ideas, and tying cookie designs together for their themes is always so much fun.
It's so fun to think of new and exciting flavors for chocolates, especially ones that make people wonder how you can even do that with chocolate! It's doubly rewarding when you can serve those creations to the public and have people tell you how cool it is!

The brand name, Seven Barrels, is derived from the method of aging Balsamic vinegar in up to 7 barrels of various wood types and barrel sizes. The aging process of authentic Balsamics can range from 12 t0 25 years in time, if not more.
